Inflatable salad bar anyone!?

Ilhan (yet to write a post) came accross this product and thought it was great. Its basically a lilo that you can put ice in. As the product name and the picture gives away you can use this to keep salad at a nice cold crispy temperature…Although this is not Australia and even in the deepest of the English summer, our salad, if kept outside, is likely to suffer frost bite.
Still…I can see us pome’s using it to store our beer in for those brave enough to plan a BBQ. Or maybe it should be kept as a lilo? Extra large, rectangular serving station with 12 x 42″ interior accommodates multiple serving bowls…Could this be the next big thing!!?
